Beta 7.1.1 Halloween Update

Happy Halloween!
In this update I elected to make a few new costumes in the spirit of the holiday for you all to enjoy, with variants for angel, devil, and nurse costumes.
Added:
- Devil horns headwear
- Angel's halo headwear
- Nurse/diner waitress hat
- Short sleeved collared shirt for top clothing slot
- Corset for top clothing slot
- Stethoscope for necklace slot
- Ascot for the necklace slot
Fixed:
- Issue where changing character presets would not remove headwear slot if applicable
